CGDX Token Distribution Methology

CGDX Release Schedule Methology
- TGE: Token Generation Event
Seed Sale: 10% at TGE:

Private Sale: 7% at TGE, with a 12-month vesting period.
- We want to incentivize early investors to hold their tokens for a longer period of time. This will help stabilize the price of CGDX and prevent early investors from dumping their tokens on the market.

Public Sale: 3% at TGE, with a 6-month vesting period.
- A shorter vesting period for public sale participants to incentivize them to hold their tokens for a shorter period of time. Public sale participants will be the first users of the CognideX platform, and we want to incentivize them to use their tokens to contribute to the growth of the platform and most importantly, to provide feedback and be part of the community.
Team: 17.5% with a 2-year vesting period:

- We want to incentivize the founding team to stay with the project for a longer period of time. This will help ensure the long-term success of the CognideX platform. This will be a KPI for the team to achieve their milestones and deliver on their promises.

- We want to incentivize the advisors to stay with the project for the first year of the project implementation. This will help ensure the success of the CognideX platform and provide valuable insights and guidance to the team. As the team scales, we can have new advisors join the project and provide fresh perspectives.

- We want to incentivize the open-source developers to contribute to the growth of the CognideX platform. The release schedule will be based on the number of PRs merged and the quality of the code.
Ecosystem: 5% at TGE, 5% released over the next 4 years:
- Economic incentives for the actors in the CognideX ecosystem. Used to incentivize the data pool contributors and analysts to contribute to the growth of the platform. This includes the recurring incentives for the data pool stakers.
Treasury: 5% at TGE, circulating supply:
- Used to fund the development and growth of the CognideX platform. This will help ensure the long-term success of the platform and provide the necessary resources to the team to build and grow the platform.
Early Adopters: 2.5% at TGE, with a 6-month vesting period:
- Used to incentivize early users and supporters of the CognideX platform. This will help boost the initial user base and provide the necessary resources to the team to build and grow the platform.
- Early adopters will be incentivized to hold their tokens and be part of the community as the first users of the CognideX platform forming the core of the community and providing valuable feedback to the team.
- First 10,000 users will receive a bonus of 100 CGDX tokens each.
- The first 10,000 users will also receive the rest of this token allocation as a bonus over 6 months but will not be able to sell or transfer their tokens until the end of the 6-month vesting period.
